Any visitor to the site may review the contents and information of all areas except the candidate area which can only be accessed through a unique email address and password and the recruiter area through a unique username and password.

What information do we collect about you?
Executives on the Web Ltd collects data about individuals, usually within a business context. We only collect basic personal data about you. It does not include any special types of information. This can include IP address, name, region and country, email, phone number and job title. Statistical information is collected in the following format: aggregated detail about site visitors and users for internal reporting use only and for other lawful purposes for example average salary. We provide this information to our customers, advertisers, suppliers and other reputable third parties. Where we provide such information, we will provide this in an anonymous format and not include any personal information. Executives on the Web Ltd treats all data which identifies an individual as Personal Data.

Executives on the Web Ltd acts as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. This means we control what happens to the data in our possession. We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with information associated with your queries and managed services. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to use to provide and oversee this service to you. Website usage information is collected using cookies. From time to time we may ask you to provide voluntary information for example, your opinion on our services and products and your CV details. Information is also collected about you when you request us to contact you or place an order with us for our products or services. Please do not submit such Personal Information to us if you do not wish us to collect it.


From time to time, Executives on the Web Ltd will process your data with your consent. For example, we rely on consent when we send partner material or Jobs by Email. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where consent is the only legal basis for processing, we will cease to process data after consent is withdrawn. Executives on the Web Ltd may process your data when it is necessary to fulfil a contract. We may need to do this to fulfil a contract with you, such as to send or to give access to your CV to a partner or recruiter for a specific job application.

Executives on the Web Ltd also processes your data when it is in our legitimate interests to do this and when these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

Where is information stored?
All the personal data we hold is processed by Executives on the Web Ltd using internal or cloud-based services hosted within the UK. Data is located on servers within the UK, except for the contact information from people who register to receive contact and updates regarding our services. This information is stored and processed by Elastic Email outside the EU. However, Elastic Email also complies with GDPR. You can view their policy here. When a client signs up to receive a regular newsletter / bulletin, data will be processed by Executives on the Web Ltd using Elastic Email. Access to information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. How you can manage or delete personal information?

You can delete your account at any time. When you access our website online, we store some information about you related to our service offering.

To permanently delete your account, access the candidate area and complete this yourself or you can send an email to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at with the subject line “Permanently delete my information and account”.

You can only access your candidate area by entering your unique email address and password. You must not divulge your email address and password to any other third party. Executives on the Web Ltd will not be responsible for the consequences of a third party accessing your account using your email address and password. Protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer or devices by making sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer or device.

You may store your CV in the candidate area which gives recruiting companies access to your CV details. Quality checks are carried out on all CV’s prior to publishing the details to the CV database.

Your CV can only be deleted by you as an individual, unless deleted by Executives on the Web Ltd as permitted in Section 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions. Your default uploaded CV is kept for the lifetime of your account, unless delete by you. Additional CV’s can be uploaded to your account and are kept for 2 years. CVs that are uploaded directly to jobs are stored for 1 year unless the job is removed from our system then your CV will be removed with the job. Please note that Executives on the Web Ltd reserve the right to remove from our database, CVs which include any content that we consider to be offensive or illegal.

All registered candidates may forward job applications to our advertisers on the site. Executives on the Web Ltd accepts no responsibility for the information contained within the advertisements placed on the site, nor information or CV details passed to the advertiser by yourself.

Job match and profile services. Candidates have the option to create a personalised executive profile controlling access to it through various candidate settings. Your profile information includes anything that you provide in the relevant information fields on Candidates and recruiters are offered Job Match services by Executives on the Web which allow authorised recruiters to search our CV database for information and leads that meet their search criteria. The option to include your profile in the searchable database, will be reliant on the settings you have chosen to use in your candidate set up.

When you apply for jobs through us your job application is forwarded directly to the advertiser of the job that you are applying for. Recruiters may include agencies and may pass your information to companies that are seeking to recruit in employment field(s) relevant to your profile. Applications that are made through Recruiters’ sites, or other external websites and will be subject to their privacy policies.
